Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our website. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns:

  1. Item Condition: We pride ourselves on our packaging and when an item is returned we would appreciate it if the item is in its original condition, unworn, and with tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria. Items requiring repackaging will incur a nominal repacking feel

  2. Proof of Purchase: Items being returned from a show or event need to inlcude proof of purchase. This will help us identify your order and process your refund or exchange promptly.

  3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe and timely delivery of your return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Complete the Returns Form included in your delivery.
  2. Package the item securely, including a copy of your Returns form.
  3. Ship the return to the address below.
  4. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 business days.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including the cost of return shipping.
